An accomplished bodybuilder in drug-tested competitions, Tom has won numerous titles including the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York State championships. He has also served as a judge for the North American Bodybuilding Federation (NABF) and has been a featured guest poser at NABF competitions. Tom uses his extensive knowledge of training and nutrition and his experience from competing over two dozen times to help men and women successfully prepare for fitness, figure, or bodybuilding contests.

Tom is currently general manager of Empire Fitness Clubs, a health-club chain serving the New York metropolitan area. He is also founder and president of Fitness Renaissance, a fitness and nutrition consulting company based in Hoboken, New Jersey.
